Terms

Short and plain. Last updated October 31, 2026.

  1. What Twicewell is. A personal tracking tool for your own check-ins, run by WeldonPC. It is not a medical device, it gives no diagnosis or treatment advice, and nobody monitors your entries. In an emergency call 911.
  2. Your account. One account is one person's record. Keep your password and recovery codes safe; we cannot read your password, and the site cannot email you a new password, so your recovery codes are the way back in.
  3. Your content. You own what you enter. You let us store and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with, only to run the service.
  4. Care team. When you share, the person sees your summaries, charts, notes and photos until you remove them. Share only with people you trust.
  5. Prices. As on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged. When payments start you can cancel any time; export and deletion stay free.
  6. Fair use. No attempts to reach other people's records, overload the service, or upload anything unlawful.
  7. No warranty. We work to keep Twicewell available and correct, but it is provided as is. Do not rely on it for urgent or medical decisions.
  8. Changes. If these terms change, the date above changes and signed-in users see a notice.
  9. Not affiliated. Twicewell is not affiliated with SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC, with MyChart or Epic Systems, or with any hospital or treatment center.
