About Twicewell
Recovery from serious treatment rarely runs in a straight line. There are good days and harder days, and they are easy to forget by the time of the next appointment. Twicewell is a simple way to keep a short record twice a day, see the pattern, and share it with the people who help.
Questions people ask
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants a short, regular record of how they are doing, especially during recovery from serious treatment. Each person keeps their own record; family members and therapists can be invited to view it.
Does it connect to MyChart?
No. MyChart does not let outside apps send messages into it. You can print a summary or save it as a PDF and attach it to a MyChart message, or bring it to an appointment.
Can my doctor get the summaries?
You can add a doctor's office email address for reports in Settings, print a summary, or invite a clinician to your care team. An address gets reports only after its owner confirms it, and every email has a link to stop them. Twicewell never sends anything you have not set up.
Are the thinking questions a test?
No. They are short questions that help you and your care team see your own trend. There is no score and no pass or fail, and Twicewell never shows right or wrong.
Is there AI?
Only if you say yes. Your summary is always made by simple, fixed rules from your own numbers. If you agree in Settings, you can also ask for those numbers in a few plain sentences, written by WeldonPC's own AI server (weldonpc.tech), not by an outside AI company. Your name, writing, notes, medicine names and photos are never sent, and nothing it writes is medical advice. The privacy page lists exactly what is sent.
What about the "PT" part?
The movement page holds the exercises your own physical therapist gave you, so you can log sets, reps and pain, plus two timed self-checks. You can also invite your physical therapist to view your record.
The web address says solar-winds.us?
That is only our address. Twicewell is an independent service from WeldonPC at the address solar-winds.us. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC or its software.
